How long will the event last?
The event begins at 3:00 PM with a prompt arrival. The duration of your representative's participation depends on how well they perform throughout the night. They could be eliminated as early as 5:00 PM, or if they perform well and advance, they could stay until as late as midnight.
What should my representative wear?
Attire is dressy, fun, and glamorous! We want participants to feel like they're stepping into a world of mystery and excitement. Whether it's elegant evening wear or a statement look, they should feel like they're part of the experience. Think creative and bold!
Are phones allowed during the event?
No phones will be allowed during the event. All phones will be confiscated upon arrival and returned at the end of the evening. This ensures that the game remains immersive and fair for everyone, with no distractions or outside influence.
What happens if my representative is eliminated early?
If your representative is eliminated early, they leave immediately and cannot remain on the property. The game is all about strategic play, and if they don't advance, they must exit right away.
How will I know if my representative wins?
The outcome of the competition will be revealed at the reveal party, which takes place about two months after the event. At that time, you'll learn how your representative did. We ask participants not to reveal the secrets of the evening or how they performed until the reveal party. If they are eliminated early, they will leave immediately and not return.
Do participants need to watch the show The Traitors to participate?
No, watching The Traitors could be helpful, but it is not necessary. All rules will be explained clearly at the event, and everyone will be on an even playing field, whether or not they have watched the show.
What does the winner receive?
The winner will receive a prize package that includes a variety of in-kind donations, such as trips, gift cards, and thousands of dollars in donated gifts from sponsoring organizations. In addition to the honor of winning the RCA Games, the prize package is designed to be a truly special reward for their triumph. If there are multiple winners, the prize package will be split equally among them.
Can I send multiple representatives from my company?
Yes! If you would like to send multiple representatives, you can do so by selecting an increased sponsorship level. Please refer to the Sponsorship Level section for more details on the available options.
Can I attend the event as a spectator?
Unfortunately, the event is exclusive to sponsors and their representatives. However, if you choose to sponsor a challenge, you may attend the event for that specific challenge. Spectator access is not available, but challenge sponsors can participate in that part of the event.
How do I know if my representative is doing well?
Representatives are assessed based on their performance in challenges and interactions throughout the event. How long they stay in the game depends on how well they play, their strategic choices, and alliances they form. The winner is determined at the end of the evening, and all results are shared at the reveal party.
Will there be any additional costs beyond the sponsorship?
The sponsorship fee covers the cost of participation for one representative. Any additional expenses (such as food, drink, or special activities) will be included in the overall event experience, with no hidden costs.
